Catapults

High school  art students collaborated with physics students. Physics students built catapults which the art students then used to create non-representational paintings.

As part exploring alternative painting techniques and applying physics Art 1 students created (through trial and error) pendulum paintings.

Collaboration with Kindergarten Students

As part of a unit on abstract and non-representational art high school art students collaborated with children from the early childhood classes.
